Appearance

Residents are expected to keep the external frontage of their properties tidy and well kept. Properties should be free from weeds and untidy bin displays.

Satellite dishes

Residents who wish to receive Sky, Freesat or any other satellite service are expected to fit the satellite dish at the rear of their properties so that it is not visible and does not disfigure the appearance of the properties.

Solar Panels

Solar panels are subject to approval by the Mayfair Gardens Management Committee.

Following consultation with Owners in 2022/3, anyone considering the installation of solar panels at Mayfair Gardens must follow the detailed guidance issued and seek approval from the Committee BEFORE installation is undertaken.
